71號(hào)細(xì)胞分離試劑是BI公司*開(kāi)發(fā)的不含任何酵素、蛋白水解酶及動(dòng)物組分的一種試劑。運(yùn)用離子螯合技術(shù)使貼壁細(xì)胞溫和的脫 落，zui大程度地保留完整的細(xì)胞表面蛋白及其生物功能，長(zhǎng)時(shí)間使用也無(wú)需擔(dān)心細(xì)胞受損?？蛇m用于血清及不含血清培養(yǎng)細(xì)胞，貼壁更緊密的細(xì)胞可選用木瓜蛋白酶 或結(jié)晶。

Papain Dissociation Solution，貨號(hào) : 03-072-1B，

水晶對(duì)細(xì)胞損傷較小、細(xì)胞存活率高，較長(zhǎng)時(shí)間的使用也無(wú)需擔(dān)心。

木瓜蛋白酶與相比有更廣泛的特異性，更廣泛的降解蛋白物質(zhì)，效率更高，對(duì)細(xì)胞、組織造成的損害更小，極少負(fù)面的影響，同時(shí)避免了動(dòng)物成分的污染。

的使用方法：

1. 使用不含鈣和鎂的PBS溶液沖洗細(xì)胞

2. 每一個(gè)T-25培養(yǎng)瓶中加1ml的木瓜蛋白酶分離溶液

3. 15-30°C孵育，當(dāng)細(xì)胞*分離，快速將細(xì)胞懸浮在5-10ml生長(zhǎng)培養(yǎng)基中。

4. 離心細(xì)胞，去掉上清
